At All for Moms Foundation, are dedicated to improving the lives of mothers and their children We raise awareness about the alarming statistic that 10% of kids entering foster care have home conditions listed as a factor of removal. Our holistic services are designed to address issues and prevent families from being torn apart. We believe that with the right support, our services can make a significant impact nationwide and should be champion at both state and federal levels.

A message from our CEO:
Children deserve a safe, healthy home. And families deserve access to the resources they need to stay together.
Every day, our team answers calls from local agencies working with families involved in state child welfare cases. Sometimes, the situation is urgent. A home needs to be cleaned, repaired, furnished, or made safe. And sometimes, we’re told that if we cannot intervene, children may be removed from their homes.
Think about that.
We are a small nonprofit doing everything we can to meet an enormous need. But we were never designed to be a crisis intervention agency or the last line of defense before a family is separated.
And we shouldn’t have to be.
What if, instead of waiting until a family is in crisis, we worked together to provide the resources, mental health support, home services, and community connections that could prevent that crisis in the first place?
When home conditions can be safely addressed, shouldn’t we exhaust every reasonable opportunity to help a family stay together before considering removal?
We believe the answer is yes.
That’s why we’re here. Not to point fingers. Not to take political sides. But to start conversations, build partnerships, and help legislators understand a problem that too often goes unseen.
Our vision is to make Kansas a blueprint for a national model of prevention, intervention, and family preservation. We want to demonstrate what is possible when nonprofits, child welfare agencies, mental health professionals, community partners, and policymakers work together toward a shared goal.
We know we have a tremendous amount of ground to cover. Too few organizations are focused on addressing unsafe home conditions through practical, compassionate services that keep families together. And too many decision-makers may not even realize this gap exists.
But every movement starts somewhere.
With one voice willing to speak up.
One conversation that opens a door.
One partnership that creates a solution.
And one family that gets to stay together because someone chose to help before it was too late.
We aren’t asking anyone to overlook unsafe conditions. We’re asking what we can do together to make those conditions safe without unnecessarily separating families.
That’s common ground worth fighting for.
And that’s why All for Moms Foundation is in Washington.
Because keeping families together should never depend on whether a small nonprofit happens to have the capacity to answer the call.
